📹 Security Cameras
For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, please note that there are two security cameras installed outside the property. One is a doorbell camera facing the main entrance, and the other is positioned at the back of the property, overlooking the open area near the dock. These cameras are used strictly for security purposes and are not intended for guest surveillance. They do not record footage ✖️, and there are absolutely no cameras inside the cottage or in any private outdoor areas. Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities 💖.

🔥 Fireplace
Please note that the indoor fireplace is not operational 🔥, and therefore firewood is not provided. The outdoor fire pit, however, is available for those magical summer nights under the stars—perfect for roasting marshmallows 🍫 and sharing stories with friends and family.

🐾 Pets
We love pets, but kindly ask for your cooperation in caring for them during your stay. Any pet-related damages will incur a $250 fee. To help keep the property in excellent condition, please ensure your pets are always supervised inside the house and never left unattended. This helps ensure their safety, the comfort of future guests, and the preservation of our space.

🗑️ Garbage Disposal
All guests are kindly asked to dispose of garbage responsibly at the nearest transfer station 🛻. The exact location and directions will be provided in your check-in instructions. To keep the property clean and enjoyable for everyone, please do not leave garbage behind. Failure to follow this rule may result in an additional $200 penalty. Thank you for helping keep Villa Somnia fresh and welcoming for every guest ✨.

🚗 Parking Rules
We allow a maximum of 5 vehicles on the property. All vehicles must be parked on the driveway only. Please note:

No street parking
No blocking access points or other areas
No parking on the grass or landscaped zones

Garbage Disposal: All garbage in the provided garbage bags and ensure it is securely bagged. Before check-out, kindly leave all bagged garbage neatly in the designated area. We will take care of the disposal after the check-out at no additional cost.

These guidelines help ensure smooth access and keep the property safe and tidy.
